What Is Yoga Nidra?

Yoga Nidra is an ancient yogic practice described in classical texts, often referred to as yogic sleep. It is a guided, conscious sleep based meditation in which the body rests deeply while awareness remains awake.

This unique combination of deep relaxation with conscious awareness allows you to move beyond the body - mind complex and access the deeper layers of your being, where natural healing and inner clarity arise effortlessly. Because sleep is already familiar to us, Yoga Nidra is one of the most accessible and effective meditation practices.


The practice gently guides the brain into slower brainwave states similar to sleep, where thoughts and emotions naturally disengage. 


In this timeless space, you connect with inner silence and stillness. Over time, this inner silence is not lost- it slowly becomes your natural, default state, without having to start over again and again.



About this Meditation & Yoga Nidra Training

This is a training of learning various impactive, joyful transformative Meditations and gaining the skills to teach others, conduct your own classes & lead Retreats.

You will gain strong foundational knowledge and practical tools to confidently work with the general public, while also creating a solid base for further specialization, including trauma-sensitive applications.

You will receive dedicated guidance and ongoing support from us throughout the training and even after its completion- to answer questions, offer clarity, and support you in deepening your personal and professional practice.

No prior experience in yoga or meditation is required.

If you can lie down comfortably and close your eyes, this course is for you.
