About this Meditation & Yoga Nidra Training

This is a training focused on healing courses that teach various impactive, joyful transformative meditations, equipping you with the skills to teach others, conduct your own classes, and lead retreats. Through this meditation training, you will gain strong foundational knowledge and practical tools to confidently work with the general public while also establishing a solid base for further specialization, including trauma-sensitive applications.
