Jeeva means Soul. It is also the Universal Consciousness. It aspires to heal and uplift each and everything.
It strives for Consciousness Elevation in each and all.
Its not individualistic but wholistic progress of the whole and in the whole and as wholeness.
It is not the healing of just your disease and sickness but it is healing you as whole and healing the soul.
It is liberating you from you holdings, blockages.
It is healing in you the history of episodes and events that have effected you.
It strives to heal the cosmic miseries in all and each.

It is Karuna (kindness) in Being. It is Karuna in Action.

It is consciousness of being. It is conscious in Action.
It is compassion in Being. 

It is Karuna in Action.
It is care in Being. It is care in Action.
It is healing in Being. It is healing in Action.

As each and every thing is interconnected,

The word "jeeva" or “ Jeev” orginating from Sanskrit has multiple meanings, including:

प्राण, जान। Soul. Spirit.

जीवन। Life

जीवात्मा। Life essence.

जीवधारी, प्राणी। Creatures of the Earth. All things alive.

In Sanskrit, the word "jeeva" is associated with the planet Jupiter (Guru) and the zodiac sign Sagittarius. Jupiter is considered the planet of luck, fortune, and wisdom, while Sagittarius is a fire sign known for its optimism and adventurous spirit. 

Jeev Seva is an exclusive part of Jeeva Healing. We as Jeeva Healers and Jeeva Sevak partake in providing care to all life forms.

Life in its various forms uplifts this world, it beautifies this world and brings joy in its alive presence

In Jeeva healing one of the requirement/condition/……choose another word if possibe is that the one receiving the healing and possibly getting benefitted will pass it on either as priority by practical action or by spiritual affirmation or best both.

First try to understand exactly what the jīva is.

It is a point of perceptual awareness - a quantum of consciousness.

Consciousness has three powers (1) jñāna śakti = cognition, (2) iccha-śakti = emotion and (3) kriya-śakti = will.

The content of consciousness and memory is condition by our desires, motivations and our experiences.

So there arises a desire (note “arises” because most of our desires are subliminal) - we act on the desire and that act has three possible outcomes for us and the other involved in the transaction. Pleasure, pain or indifference. Pleasure and pain leave impressions on the mind (saṁskāras) which collectively modify our character and behaviour.

जीवउत्थान

"सर्व साथ, सर्व उत्थान" can be translated into Sanskrit as:

"सर्वेषां सहितं सर्वेषां उत्थानः"

This conveys the meaning of "Together with all, upliftment for all." 

Sanatan Dharma says God is in all Jeeva.
Jeeva is the Godliness.
You are part of the Jeeva of the wholeness and wholeness is the part of your Jeeva. 

We all are intertwined.
When you kill one you kill a part of God.
When you save one, when you care for one,
then the Universal Jeeva strives to support you.
When you harm any Jeeva you are harming yourself by destroying in a part of you, because you are a part of the Jeeva of the Wholeness.
On a bigger picture the constant destruction of Jeeva around leads to creation of destructive energies. This results in depleted life force in mature and the outcome is Instability in the nature. Typhoons, earthquakes, tragedies, wars and more is the result of constant miseries being created in existence.
